IF YOU AREN’T FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE’RE HERE TO HELP.

At Silver Sage, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is thoughtfully curated, and your satisfaction is our priority. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within the following terms:

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery for return or exchange only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged product
• You received an item different from what you ordered

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges if the item does not meet your personal preference, or in cases of change of mind or incorrect selection of size/color.


Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the product being opened for the first time.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• All original tags, invoices, and protective materials must be intact.

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.


Refunds via Store Credit Only
• For eligible returns, we issue store credits equivalent to the value of the returned item.
• These credits can be used for future purchases on Silver Sage and have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue.
• Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.


Sale Items & Final Sale
• Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• All customized or personalized products are final sale and non-returnable.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product:
1. Email us at care.silversage@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include:
• Your order number
• A clear unboxing video
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and guide you through the next steps.


Additional Notes
• Silver Sage is not liable for delays or damages caused during transit by third-party logistics partners unless covered by the unboxing video evidence.
• Silver Sage reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
